Phone Support

Phone support is available to customers requiring assistant in using their computer system.

Trotwood Computers offers a certain number of free support calls for each system sold. After your free support calls are used up each additional call is changed at $20 per incident. This fee will be waived if the fault was caused by Trotwood Computers itself, the fault was unsolvable or under special circumstances.

Remote Support

Remote support enables us to administer your system directly without the need for us to be on-site. Remote support is only available to systems which are connected to the Internet and have our remote support software installed.

Remote support is charge at $35 per incident. This fee will be waived if the fault was caused by Trotwood Computers itself, the fault was unsolvable or under special circumstances.

On-Site Support

On-Site support is available for faults that are unsolvable by phone/e-mail/remote support or if you would like extra functionality added to your system.

There are 3 types of on-site support:

Standard Support

Standard support is for on-site support with a response time within 3 business days. Initial charge is $50 including the first hour then $40 per additional hour or part thereof.

Immediate Support

Immediate support is for on-site support with a response time within the same day during business hours. Initial charge is $70 including the first hour then $50 per additional hour or part thereof.

Immediate After Hours Support

Immediate after hours support is for on-site support with a response time within the same day outside of business hours including weekends and public holidays. Initial charge is $80 including the first hour then $60 per additional hour or part thereof.

Note: Immediate and After Hours Support may not always be available.

E-mail Support

E-mail support is available to customers requiring assistant in using their computer system.

Each Trotwood Computers product include a period of free e-mail support. After your free e-mail period has ended each additional support e-mail is charged at $15 per incident. This fee will be waived if the fault was caused by Trotwood Computers itself, the fault was unsolvable or under special circumstances.

If you are having a issue with your system, send an e-mail to support@trotwoodcomputers.com making sure you include your name, business name, customer id, machine id if applicable and e-mail address.
